In coaching hundreds of people I have found that people realize “intellectually” that fear is stopping them…..but guess what is more powerful? Intellectual understanding or emotion? You got it! Emotion. So, what to do when fear starts running the show and you don’t want it to?

Hey everybody! Just got back from Jeff Adams’ JV Superconference. Great speakers, great information from front of the room. Even better though was what I learned and got from my fellow attendees. When you go to these kinds of events the money, the growth is more in the networking than it is from the person on stage. I arranged marketing opportunities, learned about new hardware tools I must get, learned about new technology and was inspired by what others were doing. Lets all remember, that with a strong team to connect to and around us…we are infinitely more powerful and able to accomplsh anything!

Behold! The Mighty Lion Is Born!
What is the one force that will win out over time in any contest between changing and not changing? Anyone out there care to guess? I guess I gave it away in the title. It’s your Role or Identity. Who you are.
When it comes to even implementing or doing any of the assignments here or to following thru or any goal you have set. The one thing you can be certain of and take to the bank is that you will act consistent with what you believe to be true about Who You Are. Your identity.
This subject is a big one so I want to focus down into what I consider it’s most important consequence to be aware of because it’s a common stumbling block for making it to the next level.
Trying to be a successful rich real estate investor is very difficult to do, as long as you hold the identity of “I’m a struggling real estate investor”. Or “I’m a beginning real estate investor”. Everything from your actions to your communication with yourself and others will change dramatically when you shift “Who You Are!”. The neat thing? You get to choose who you are being. You’ve always had the choice but somewhere in our early teens we gave away that power in many cases….time to reclaim it.
Today, before setting your goals, writing your plans or doing whatever…first focus on who you are and want to be….then be that person and then and only then….GO FOR IT!

What is the power of why and why is it so important to your success? Another word for “why” is purpose. Purpose gives us direction, intensity and clarity. Want to turn an overwhelming list of to-dos into a fulfilling action items list? Ask yourself, “Why do I want to do this?”. “What will I get or be or become by doing this thing or not doing it?”. Apply this simple process to your to-dos’ list or in my case a long to-dos and projects list and you will find that overwhelm turns into achievable and enjoyable very quickly. Because now you have priorities and your top priorities will get handled and that is usually enough. Why also provides the output level you bring. If your “WHY” is big enough, you will output more than enough to get it done.
Start your mornings out wihy your WHY or Purpose…this is how you turn a day of meaningless busywork and activity into a fulfilling, exciting day of achievement.
